I have seen 4 doctors before Dr. Kagan for the same issue. Dr. Kagan is, in my opinion, the only person to really listen to my concerns and consider different courses of action. He suggested getting bloodwork, something no one else had thought of, and walked through why he chose to do that. It was the first time in 9 weeks that I really felt heard, and he treated me perfectly during the visit! Furthermore, after the visit I reached out on the MyChart portal with concerns with my medication. He answered promptly every time, gave me some advice for my side effects, and even shared the results of my bloodwork tests. I would definitely see Dr. Kagan again, and recommend him to anyone!

Only problem was he was teaching more than treating me! Training is a good thing but not at the patient's expense. I never discussed issues I had because of this.

Dr. Kagen is great. However, when he has a trainee (as he did this visit), the trainee did everything while Dr. Kagan saw another patient. I do not feel I received the care I should have. This visit was for my annual check-up, and I would rather have had Dr Kagan take care of it.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kaagan recently. While it took a long time to get the appointment, it was well worth the wait. I found Dr. Kagan to be very knowledgeable. I feel he took the time needed to review my medical conditions and started a new treatment plan for me.I appreciate that Dr. Kagan uses the My Chart system. Following my visit, I had some follow-up questions I forgot to ask during my visit. I put those questions on My Chart. I got a very timely response from Dr. Kagan. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Kagan and recommend him.
