Dr Bector is a wonderful improvement on my previous doctor, who I wonder why he ever even became a doctor. I don't envy his new patients in Avon.

This was my first encounter with Dr. Bector. She was excellent. She took time to acquaint herself with my medical history and listened to my questions and concerns. I look forward to a long Dr. / Patient partnership with her.

Very much engaged. She caught something on a test result from last May that should have been addressed.

The doctor asked questions about how I doing taking care of my husband. Did I need to talk to someone. Offering me services if I did. My visit was about leg pain. But she reviewed how how much care he needed. I told her I needed to take of myself so I could care for him. She was excellent.

I had my first annual checkup with Dr Bector this week. She has a very kind, caring personality, which really helps with communication. She clearly knows her stuff, and explained very clearly to me some things my previous doctor had not focused on. I am very happy to have her as my GP, and highly recommend her to anyone else who is considering this practice.

Everyone including the doctor did a fine job and everything went smoothly except for one large thing. My usual provider is on leave, so when I made an appointment it was with someone else. I was reminded repeatedly of the time to show up, but as best I can tell, no one thought to let me know that my appointment was in a different office in Manchester. I showed up at my usual place to find that the PCP I was looking for worked at the other office. Fortunately, everyone was accommodating, and I was able to rush over to correct office and make it on time. Hartford HealthCare--someone in Admin needs to look into this.

As a new doctor/patient visit, I am so very pleased. Dr Bextor took enough time to become familiar with my history and helped me make a plan for future good health. I am so excited to have her helping me live a healthier life.
