I probably will not recommend Dr Troy to anyone of my friends as his offices are far from where their PCP's are. I have no family In state.

Initial Visit with Dr. Troy was outstanding. Visit was for sleep apnea/cpap. I learned more regarding my on-going sleep issue and poor cpap experience in the 1/2 hour with Dr. Troy than in my cumulative years of experience. We discussed the options available for cpap and quickly eliminated those that were not appropriate for me (Inspire, oral devices, etc.) Since I had not had a sleep study in 13 years, he ordered an at home test to re-visit my sleep experience without cpap.

I had the pleasure of having a visit with Dr. Troy after a long wait as a new patient. It was well worth the wait. He was thorough and thoughtful in his ideas for treatment of my severe sleep apnea. It was different from the care I had been getting and I'm looking forward to a long and collaborative relationship. An added bonus is his great sense of humor! Update: I have been seeing Dr. Troy now for almost a year. This has continued to be a good experience and he has been very open to discussions and ideas and working together to figure out the best plan for my sleep apnea
